Finished parts are produced by High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), we have more than 30 years of experiences in die casting and have casting machines from 350 tons to 1,000 tons. We can produce are auto parts, motorcycle parts, agricultural engine parts and electrical devices.

Dies casting

We focus in using the best technology to produce products that will satisfy the needs of our automotive clients, working to IATF 16949.

We have the most modern CNC Lathes and Machining on 3.5 axis. The production line is monitored by a robot and the tracking and reporting is all in real time, to gain our customer's trust.

On the painting line, the production system is ordered by barcode and software that controls the robot painters, which is able to automatically change the color and paint type within a single minute. This will result in a high quality paint finish and being able to deliver to the customer on time.
